🟡 A consultative meeting on elementary students’ Mongolian language and literacy skills was held.

The meeting, aimed at supporting young learners’ native language proficiency, was jointly organized by the Education Alliance and the National Institute for Educational Research.

More than 80 representatives from various sectors—including children’s book publishers, authors, teachers, parents, guardians, university professors, members of the Writers’ Union, and illustrators—participated in the discussion. They shared insights on improving primary students’ language and writing skills, cultivating reading culture, and developing recommended reading lists.

Representatives of Nest Education School’s teachers, parents, and students from Grades 2–5 also took part in the discussion, sharing their experiences and best practices in supporting native language education and fostering reading habits among children.

📖 For the fifth consecutive year, the elementary division of Nest Education School has been successfully implementing a daily morning reading routine.

Additionally, Grades 4–5 have a dedicated “Literature Hour,” during which students read around 25–30 works of classic Mongolian and world literature each year—enhancing their literary knowledge, language use, speaking, and creative thinking skills.

Sincere thanks to all the teachers, parents, and students who dedicated their weekend to participate in this valuable discussion! 🟡

🟡 Let’s learn with happiness! 🟡
