15 STUDENTS OF THE GRADUATING CLASS OF THE GENERAL EDUCATIONAL SCHOOL "NEST EDUCATION" WITH IN-DEPTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TRAINING RECEIVED JOB OFFERS.

Is it possible to get a job after graduating from high school? Nowadays, the information technology sector and information technology engineers are in the highest demand in Mongolia, which is becoming a headache for human resources of companies operating in this field. It is also no secret that students graduating from universities must meet the requirements of employers, but there is a huge gap between the two. So, would you believe that it is possible to get a job immediately after graduating from grade 12? Students of the "Nest Education" school with in-depth information technology training have proven that this is possible.

"Nest Education" organized an "HR Session" project for its 12th grade students and directly connected them with leading companies in the Mongolian IT industry for job interviews. We are very happy that the students showed unexpected success during the project and received invitations to work or internships immediately after graduating from 12th grade.

A total of 26 12th grade students sent their CVs to the organizations, of which:

1️. 15 students passed the 1st stage and 2 students passed the 2nd stage at the "Infinite Solutions LLC" Technology and Investment Company, of which 12A grade student B. Tumenchodur received a job offer.

2. At Mobicom Corporation, 6 students passed the 1st stage and 2 students passed the 2nd stage. 12B grade students D. Luvsandash and Ch. Orchlon received an internship offer, and 12A grade G. Zolboobayar received an employment offer.

3. “SteppeLink” LLC A company operating in the field of information technology and business consulting services, 6 students passed the 1st stage and 5 students passed the 2nd stage, and 12B grade students T. Ganbadraa and A. Bilguun were granted the right to do paid internships at the workplace.

4. In the “ICT” Information Technology Group, 9 students passed the 1st stage and 5 students passed the 2nd stage, and 12A grade student B. Tumenchodur, 12B grade students S. Temujin, D. Luvsandash, Ch. Orchlon, and E. Enkhzul received job offers.

5. In Golomt Bank, 6 students passed the 1st stage, and in the 2nd stage, these 6 students were given the opportunity to participate in a paid internship program, and 12A grade student G. Zolboobayar received a job offer.

6. In the interview at “Good Price” company, 12A grade student M. Temuyun passed and received a job offer.

7. In the company that develops the online aggregator platform “Digital aggregator” LLC, 10 students passed the 1st stage, and in the 2nd stage, 12A grade students B. Zuchi, B. Irmuun, and 12B grade student Ch. Orchlon passed the 1st stage, and the company offered to meet these 3 students again in person for an interview.

8. In the financial institution “InvesCore”, 6 students passed the 1st stage and 6 students passed the 2nd stage, and 12A grade students M. Temuun, B. Tumenchodur, and 12B grade students A. Altanbagana, D. Luvsandash, H. Tselmeg, and E. Enkhzul were given the opportunity to practice at the workplace.

Congratulations to all the students who received job offers and internships. We are happy that they have not yet graduated from high school, but they have shown remarkable success and were able to evaluate their knowledge and talents. The final decision is yours, students, and your family, so please carefully consider whether to go straight to work after high school or continue your studies at a university.
